A: No. Microsuction is a gentle, non-invasive procedure. While you may hear some suction noise during the treatment, it’s generally painless and takes around 15 minutes for adults or up to 30–45 minutes for children.
Q: Can I have microsuction if I have a perforated eardrum?
A: Yes. Unlike ear syringing or irrigation, microsuction is considered safe for patients with a perforated eardrum or a history of ear infections.
Q: What happens if there’s no wax?
